We sell original perfumes. Every product is checked before it is listed on the website.

We try to describe and show our products as accurately as we can. Colours and packaging may look slightly different on your screen, and the manufacturer may change packaging from time to time.

All products are offered subject to availability. We may remove or change a product listing at any time.

All prices on the website are shown in Qatari Riyal (QAR).

Prices may change from time to time. The price that applies to your order is the price shown when you place it.

If we notice a clear pricing error after you order, we will contact you before processing the order, and you may choose to continue at the correct price or cancel.

When you place an order, you agree to give us correct and complete information, including:

• Your full name
• Your mobile number
• Your delivery address (Building number, Zone number, Street number)

We may contact you on the mobile number you provide to confirm your order or delivery. We may decline or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, if the information provided is incorrect or incomplete, or if we cannot reach you to confirm it.

All orders are fulfilled on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis only. You pay for your order in cash when it is delivered to you.

We do not collect any card or other online payment information on the website.

We deliver within Qatar. We aim to deliver orders on the same day, but delivery times can vary depending on your location, the size of your order and other circumstances.

To complete your delivery, your name and delivery address are shared with our delivery service provider.

Please make sure someone is available to receive the order and that your mobile number is reachable. If we cannot deliver because the address is incorrect or we cannot contact you, we may cancel the order or arrange a new delivery with you.

Please check your order when you receive it. If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and, if you can, a photo of the item.

We will review your request and work with you to resolve it. If you would like to return a product for any other reason, please contact us first so we can tell you whether it is possible.

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Give false or misleading information
• Try to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the website or its operation
• Use the website in a way that breaks any law of the State of Qatar

The Alif Club name, logo, design and the content of this website belong to AlifClub Trading. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Brand names and trademarks of the perfumes we sell belong to their respective owners.

We do our best to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions.

To the extent permitted by Qatari law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Qatari law that cannot be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between us will be handled by the competent courts of Qatar.
